Woodcraft went back to the drawing board for the Woodcraft Gen III Tire Warmers, completely redesigning many of the components and features. The result is possibly the best dual-temp warmers on the market.
The design of the two setting switch is the direct result of customer feedback and features a recessed switch surrounded by a tough plastic housing. The durable thermostats hold tighter temperature ranges and assure a perfect heat cycle every time. An easy-to-read LED indicator light displays red when on and turns green when tires reach the set temperature. The heating elements themselves are tightly positioned together ensuring the whole tire is heated evenly, virtually eliminating cold spots.
The special insulation used in the Woodcraft Gen III Tire Warmers is extremely efficient, allowing the thinnest possible construction while still providing great performance. This low profile design makes installation and removal of the warmers hassle-free. The fleece side curtains eliminate the #1 cause of heat loss by protecting the tire and wheel from crosswinds. Many riders reported up to a 15 degree increase in wheel temperature over comparable warmers without side curtains.
